Not sure if there is a thread on this already (I looked 4 pages back and got bored).

However, if anyone has a random quirk, or are annoyed by something during the day, feel free to rant to us all in here...

First of all, I fucking hate Rail Replacement Buses....Takes twice as long to get home, and the return journey gave me a headache.

Oh well, this is more a daily one lol... But yeah, lock if need be Mr, Moderator... Oh my god that made me think of Mr Motivator.....anyone remember him? He annoyed me inmmensely too

I don't like it when my mom/sister/dad/etc decides to to hoover the living room when i'm trying to watch Columbo. It's one of those programs you can't backslide to :lol:

Maybe you could hoover once in a while. Then you could dictate the time, and do it while they are watching the TV

i know they are a pain but track maintance has to be done sometimes ,and on the plus side a easy way of blaging a free ride.

Woot. I was chased by chavs this evening. 5 of them to be exact. They were trying to mug me in the underpass just by my flat... I met my best mate for a picnic dinner in the park near mine, and decided it was better to leave when a big group of chavs turned up. They did nothing to begin with, then when I left her, she told me they ran hell for leather after me, even jumping down 10-12 feet to get to me quicker... Thankfully I had the sense to run before I was chased, so was out the other side before they knew which way I went I think.... Believe me, this is common in my town. Lucky too, as I had over £200 in my wallet, and my phone I bought last month cost me £120. I don't understand why some people do it. It wasn't dark, and it's not even very far from the local cop shop... So in essence, I now hate chavs. I tolerated them before, with their stupid remarks and occasional bottle throwing. But attempted mugging in broad daylight is stupid.

I got beaten up in broad daylight by ten lads about three weeks ago.

I got beaten up in broad daylight by ten lads about three weeks ago.
Get anything stolen? If they intended to catch me in the underpass, I would have at least been mugged. And the fact someone got knifed somewhere fairly near here the other week, makes me feel a little more lucky about my escape.

Some of the ones over here are only about 13. An 8 year old tried to mug my friend before but he just gave him a sweet and he went away. I was also circled by 2 10 year olds before who had hurleys before. They were tryin to be all hard but all I could do was laugh

Whereabouts in Kildare are you? Some little skanger skaters tried it with me a couple of years ago, so I grabbed one of their skateboards & threw it in the river. They were too shocked to follow after me.

The ones round here are all on state benefits so look a bit scruffier than that. They listen to hip hop, rap and such, where those stupid clothes, and shoot their mouths of at people different to them. They also have a penchant for being the main youths in this country that cause property damage, steal, and even in extreme cases of gang warfare (big cities), knife and shoot each other. I thought my life was bad the other week, but I certainly don't want to be knifed by a chav younger than me.... That's just insulting

I know the place well, the Galway bus used to pass through it 'til they expended the bypass. Dublin's dodgy alright, although I never had trouble when I lived there, just when I was a kid visiting.

The chavs around where I live are luckily so far down the evolutionary scale that they're disappearing: they're all being jailed, because they commit such stupidly obvious crimes in broad daylight and think that a quick threat to the victim not to tell the police will work. All victims with an inch of spine then go to the police anyway, and the retard brigade get nicked. Like, a trio I went to school with robbed an elderly couple - who knew them, who could easily identify them - in their home, then on top of that, went down the pub with the loot and started flashing it around. They're all now serving three years. Darwin was right.
